Anthropic Puts $100 Million Behind the Humans Who Make AI Work
Apparently, buying the clever model does not automatically make a company clever.
Anthropic is committing one hundred million dollars to Claude Frontier Academy, aiming to train ten thousand deployment engineers by the end of 2027. Early participants include Accenture, Morgan Stanley and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
The programme combines practical assessment with a twelve-week residency on a real project. Companies nominate engineers; this is not a public course anyone can casually join.
The pitch is telling. After all the talk about autonomous intelligence, businesses still need people who understand their systems, permissions and customers. The model gets the headlines. The humans get the implementation problem.
